岗位职责：

1.Use all kinds of tools correctly according to the operation instruction, perform according to the standard operation, make up for the defects according to the defects, eliminate the quality influence of the defects, reduce the scrap of the defective parts.
2.According to the requirements of safety regulations, implement the safe operation procedure to ensure the normal operation of equipment, in order to improve the safety basic management and implement the safe production.
3.By participating in the cost improvement activities of the team, the operation performance of the team can be improved to ensure the achievement of performance indicators.
4.According to the workshop site management standards, do the site 5S3D work well.
5.According to the development requirements of the company, I will improve my skills to meet the job rotation needs.
1.依据作业指导书正确使用各种工具，按照标准作业执行，依据不良进行缺陷的弥补，消除制件缺陷的品质影响，降低不良制件的报废。
2.依据安全规定要求，执行安全操作规程，保证设备正常运行，以提升安全基础管理实施安全生产。
3.通过参与本班组成本改善活动，提升本班经营业绩，保证绩效指标的达成。
4.依据车间现场各项管理标准，做好现场5S3D工作。
5.依据公司发展要求，进行自身技能的提升工作，实现岗位轮换需求。

1.Min Education: College and above

2.Able to complete related tasks in strict accordance with the order, process, and operation essentials of the work manual and work instruction;
3.Execution ability: implement business work in accordance with the prescribed steps and strictly observe the completion date.

2018年7月10日，在中德两国政府官员见证下，长城、宝马正式签署合资经营合同，成立合资公司-光束汽车有限公司。项目总投资51亿元，宝马和长城各持股50%，双方将在技术研发、生产制造、品牌建设和管理体系等方面进行深度合作，加快双方的全球化进程和新能源发展步伐。 2019年11月22日，光束汽车生产基地项目已获批，于2020年开工建设，建成后将具备16万辆燃油乘用车出口和纯电动乘用车的研发与制造能力。 2019年11月29日，光束汽车项目在江苏省张家港市正式启动。 2019年12月30日，光束汽车顺利取得营业执照。 2020年6月20日，光束汽车工厂在江苏省张家港市打桩施工，建成后，这座工厂将成为真正满足全球法规和市场要求的标杆工厂。
